North American Association of Educational negotiators
The North American Association of Educational Negotiators (NAEN) is a network of educational management experts for effective employee relations. NAEN members are management negotiators in K-12 school districts, community colleges, and universities.
As a member of the only international professional organization of educational negotiators, you can build a network of colleagues and experts to call when that insurmountable problem lands on your desk. An issue may be new to you, but someone in NAEN has probably dealt with a similar problem in the past. There is a wealth of knowledge within NAEN waiting to be tapped. The NAEN Bulletin is our official publication about school district negotiations trends and issues. NAEN has approximately members from the United States and Canada (24% are from Canada). NAEN, created in 1968, was formally incorporated in 1970 in Virginia and has been serving as a network for management negotiators in school districts for the last 40 years. We have a volunteer board of 11 members from across the U.S. and Canada. The board meets twice a year with our major business meeting at the annual conference.
Membership Categories (Levels)
1. Individual Membership: Yearly dues are $125 with a 3-year discounted membership for $338
2. Institutional Memberships:
- Institutional 4-person memberships: Yearly dues are $346 with a 3-year discounted membership for $934;
- Institutional 5-person memberships: Yearly dues are $450 with a 3-year discounted membership for $1,215;
- Institutional 6-person memberships: Yearly dues are $554 with a 3-year discounted membership for $1,495;
